The Reverend ANN JERVIS is Professor of New Testament at Wycliffe and Trinity Colleges, University of Toronto, and an Anglican priest. She has a degree in piano performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Jervis is the author of four books, including the recently published At the Heart of the Gospel: Suffering in the Earliest Christian Message, as well as numerous articles and book chapters. Currently she is working on two book projects, Paul’s Ethics, and Human Flourishing: A Dialogue with The Philosopher and The Apostle.
